New computer internet slow down?

Hi, I bought my new computer last week and the download speed was super fast (around 500kb+/sec). But after few days of intensive usage (a lot of video streaming and downloading), it nows become 60k/sec while downloading files...

How can I fix this problem? I use CCleaner, but it doesn't solve any problem.

Plz help

Are you sure your plan doesn't include any kind of download limit, slowing your internet down after a specifig amount of usage?

How are you connected (wireless, DSL,...)?

What have you recently downloaded??? What times of files???
