More Details Here

The E5200 at stock has clock speed of 2.5GHz, 2MB L2 cache and 12.5x multipliers. It will be out on Q3 2008, and it will cost only $84 (US dollars)

Not bad overclock on that, looks promising for those who need performance but are on a tighter budget.
