Nope. It won't fit. You need a mATX (micro ATX) motherboard.

Here is the best motherboard I have found which supports that CPU and is mATX.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131288 Downside, like most mATX boards, there is only 2 RAM slots, allowing for a maximum of 4GB.

i think im getting Asus P5Q-Pro/Q9300/Antec 850 psu/Antec P80 Case/Asus cpu Cooler/Asus HD4850/Mushkin 4gb kit/ Seagate Barracuda 16 mb cache/Asus 19" widescreen sound good?
