^^ A liquid nitrogen cooling would and CAN boost a P4 at around 5.4 so I'd suspect it's something water cooled.

There is no Pentium 4 Dual Core... There is a Pentium 4 w/ Hyper Threading, or a Pentium D (dual core). The D-series were a cousin to P4's, but it's *not* a P4. What is the model of the CPU in question? (It's not the D 945 in your sig, right?) Unless it's another D-series (8xx or 9xx) or an E2xxx, it's a single-core, HT'd P4.
I took "Big D" up to 4.112 on my Masscool HSF without even trying (just upped the FSB, no other tweaking whatsoever) and it was stable enough to load Windows and run programs, so if reddevil16 says that's what his D945 runs at, I'm confident that it does.

Sorry but not P4 DUEL CORE check the P4 list:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...icroprocessors Looks like people are selling this on craig list and taking advantage of those that don't know better. |
