Default overvolting tool

does anyone know a tool so i can overvolt my CPU cos the BIOS does not have it

if there is one, its not safe. there might be volt mods for your processor, i dunno, but the safest and often easiest way is to do it in the bios. in your case though, i would just get a new motherboard because spending $120 on a new cpu because of a stupid program would really piss me off.
