WTB: 750 mhz

Looking to purchase a 750 mhz - 1 ghz laptop. Must have at least a 14" display, easer head navigation, 256+ ram, 20 gig hdd+, and dvd would be nice. Looking to spend $250 - 350 (depending on processor speed) + shipping. No dead pixels on the LCD please. Some wear is okay, but nothing too terrible. No Celerons either.
Particularly interested in the Dell Latitudes, IBM ThinkPads, and Compaq Armada.

I have a Dell C640 it is a p4 1.8Ghz I have it for sale on here if you want to talk price let me know thanks.....

I think 500+ is a little bit more than I would like to go right now. Just looking for something to surf the internet/word processing.
