Currently I am running a Q9450 Quad core paired with an arctic7 heatsink with arcticsilver 5 thermal paste.
my temps are based by real temp is: Idle: 40,39,37,37 Load: 52,56,49,49 (max) Also note that im running a radeon hd4870 which idles at 79c that could add additional heat. are my temps normal? |

yeah they look good, could be cooler, but that look alright.

Im hitting 48 MAX with a stock cooler. (then again i got a C2D not a C2Q)
With an overclock of 0.4Ghz Check your cooler....
