Currently I am running a Q9450 Quad core paired with an arctic7 heatsink with arcticsilver 5 thermal paste.

my temps are based by real temp is:

Idle: 40,39,37,37

Load: 52,56,49,49 (max)

Also note that im running a radeon hd4870 which idles at 79c that could add additional heat.

are my temps normal?
