Angry freeze on saving your settings

not too long ago I formatted my harddrive when i got a new cpu eversince then
when somebody is longed on or has a program runnig in the background while a
diffrent peron is on there own account it will freeze as your signing off-it gets
stuck on saving your settings-.so when this happened i put my windows xp cd in and repaired the "c" drive. it will be fixed until i do windows update then breaks again , ive done this serval times and always get the same results

1. Please write correectly, unless English ins't you main language and in that case I suggest just using Bablefish to get a rough translation.
2. What are the system specs, Ram, CPU, and mobo.

Have you considering doing a proper fresh install rather than the repairs? (repairs dont quite get things right)

yes unless you installed xp to a different partition (which i doubt you did), you will need to back up all your files
