Default 8400gs/3450 vs onboard geforce7150/HD3200

Is a vga card always slightly faster than onboard graphics?
Anyone can list a chart by the following in terms of eg 8400gs>HD3450 etc?

1. geforce 8400gs
2. geforce 8500gt
3. HD2400Pro/XT
3. HD3450

1. geforce 7150/630i
2. geforce 7100/630i
3. geforce 7050/630i
4. geforce 7050/610i

1. geforce 8300
2. geforce 8200
3. geforce 8100

1. HD3200
2. HD3100
3. X1200
4. X1250

1. Xpress 1150

Is it 8400gs > HD3450 > HD2400Pro/XT > HD3200 > HD3100 > X1250 > X1200 > 7150 etc.
