Thank you Redbull for the confronting of the two flamers.

I AM NOT asking which console is better for the game, I'm asking which ONLINE networks would be the best to use.

I HAVE a PS3, I love it, but I was wondering if it'd be better to wait until I get the Elite to get Rockband.

in that case I would get it for the PS3 no sense waiting to play since each version is basically identical.

the 360, uses less power, ps3 can use as much power as a medium sized refridgerator, if your like me and dont honestly care, get the ps3 version lol

I have it for 360 and I love it. I got it launch day and one broken guitar later, it's still great!

Can one person do multiple instruments?

I am going to consider getting it for the 360, looked fun at the LAN I was at.

Whats Rock Band 2? Should I buy Rock Band before 2 comes out?

Rock band 2 will basically be like guitar hero 2/3, etc. Its an update with different songs than the old one, the instruments are supposed to work from rockband to rock band 2. Id get rockband first then get the rockband 2 the game(without instruments) when it comes out. Unless your planning on getting an xbox 360, the online mode for the ps3 is pretty good. (Also, not to go too off topic, i said we can each have our own opinion on it, there are pros/cons to each console, and i wasnt trying to flame.)

Well you can sing and play guitar or sing and play drums at the same time. I sing and play guitar and do World Tour by myself. Luckily, I can do both on expert.
