Printing probems

I have a hp deskjet 720c, the printed pages often come out blured. Why is this and how can I rectify it.

i could be that the jets need to be cleaned!

Also the heads may nead alining. Go to start> control panel> Printers and other hardware> Printers and faxes> [Select your printer]> Printer> Properties> Maintenance> Print head alignment.

Still doing it, does not do it all the time.
