Ok I have this motherboard
and an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5400+. And an Arctic cooling alpine 7 cooler I need serious help overclocking this processor. I dont know how to do this. I go iinto the BIOS and can adjust the values and i can get a stable 2.9 out of it and thats it! i think its the power settings. i get it up to 3.0 but about 30-45 minutes later it shuts off. i KNOW its NOT heat issues. this runs at 20 c while playing oblivion. so if someone with this motherboard post a video on youtube or find one i cant find anythig on this mobo on the overclocking subject. Also the 'in windows' overclocking software doesnt work. Also i would llike to overclock my ddr2-800 ocz RAM. PLEASE HELP Thanks in advance! |

start by reading the overclocking 101. You don't seem to have alot of knowledge/ experience when it comes to overclocking.
which software are you using to monitor your temps? 20c while playing oblivion is to low unless the temperature of your room is below 10c. |
