Oh sorry, for some reason I thought the 4870 was $400. Haha. But I still have the same question. The 8800GT is half the price and has a faster texture fill rate,http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards....=544&card2=549 so which one is better. Again the 8800 is overclocked to 700/2000

Oh sorry for some reason I thought the 4870 was $400. Nevermind haha. But still, the 8800GT is half the price and has a better texture fill rate and still a high pixel fill rate according to http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards....=544&card2=549 so is it worth the extra $150 to get the 4870? The 8800 is still better in some aspects. And the only advantage to the 3870x2 is the 1GB I suppose.

You so far triple posted.
Anyways, go with the 4870. It's alot faster than the 8800.

Okay I guess this resolves my issue. My card is okay for now, I'll wait for a while until I can get a drastic performance increase with a new card. Cards are getting better and cheaper every month. =/
