but what about before the cable is laid?
need to have something decently fast first. like minimum 100 mbps absolute minimum. how would i go about accessing a satellite connection? who would i contact? i dont mean buy a connection from an ISP... like actually have my own setup as if i was gonna sell internet myself as an isp...
