Okay, when I press enter while marking the CPU clock ratio, the windows where I can choose speed pops up

and at the bottom it says: "Key in a dec number"
Can that be something?

Found it, it only updates the page and nothing changes.

You need to Save and Exit (press F10). Your system will turn off (physically off - don't freak out, not a soft reboot) then start up again a second later running at the new speed.

All I can find is Load Optimized default, not optional, optimized doesnt work, it stays the same, and there is no optional default

My computer has gone all slow and, when it boots up I get an error in BIOS saying "Failed to load Floppy disk(s)" and I have to press F1 too continue.
