The only problem I see is that your motherboard is SLI and apparently your psu doesn't support SLI, and apparently people are having problems about there not being enough SATA connectors.

that system will struggle with only 1Gb of ram if your going to be gaming.

Vista basic isnt so demanding i heard because Aero is disabled but still i wouldnt want to run vista on 1Gb and game on it

Try and get yourself a cheap set of Dual 1Gb sticks.

if you look on your memory link under Other Thoughts some dude wrote... (note the bold)

3GB is really a sweet spot for Vista. For games like CoD4 I can have it minimized and have it up and running with virtually no delay. CoD4 eats up a gig of RAM and with this Vista says that I have 84% of RAM free...

Optical Drive: get a DVD burner

Video Card: 8600GTS

Mobo: Don't see the point of getting 570SLi Mobo. Won't benefit with SLi low end card...
I suggest getting one with AMD 770 chipset

PSU: I guess the ver 2.01 will be better??
