Go to the manufacturers website.

It's usually between 2.0v - 2.2v, however can be higher or lower.

Ok, i've found that the RAM is at 2.1v, do you think its safe to push it to 2.2? And also is their a way to adjust RAM timings? and if there is what should I adjust it to.
