Default Recent Influx of Immaturity

Ok this is a rant so I warn you all it might get taken down by mods not sure... I have been here for over 2 years and seen a lot of changes to this forum but more recently I’m starting to get frustrated. I go read legit questions with stupid off topic answers like one earlier that referred to putting socks on and generating static and touching your pc to see what it can do and testing your system... WTF!!! Seriously this place has become a 15 and under immature joke! I love coming here and honestly helping those who need it but come on guys if you are under 15 and have no legit help don’t answer the stupid question. The fan boys are taking over for apple again this happens about once a month or so but it’s really bad this time don’t get me wrong I have nothing against apple but come on don’t flaunt it and tell others they are wrong and be jerks about it. There are some great members... also some horrible members... One member who will probably comment on this actually has a comment in his sig about thanks for helping... seriously good for you but come on take it out of your signature.. Especially when I have seen some of the stupidest answers on a lot of threads from you to get your 5000+ threads sheesh. Sorry this is getting long but come on guys don’t let it happen like this. IAN has worked hard to get this place to what it was and its starting to get really bad to where a lot of the members who have been regulars don’t even come here anymore... GROW UP that’s my rant thank you sheesh...

were you here for the pc-i incident, that was probably the most immature thing ever posted on these forums, and ever sence ive joined(i have noticed g25 became a lot less rude), that these forums have had a lot less spam posts, but many more immature ones

No, you are the immature one. You are judging other people's posts and making a generic assumption that everyone under 15 is immature. If you really had a problem with posts, which I don't think you do, you would report them.

I am just glad that you wanted to be public about this...

If you have no problem with Apple then what is it about me recommending an Apple product that you have a problem with?

I didn't mean to sound like a jerk but the inexperienced assumptions taken from TV ads were steering that thread(earlier than your post) in the wrong direction. And about the Apple fanboy remark, I didn't intend for you to consider or be impressed by my post; my post was for the OP. And in the future when I recommend an Apple product to an OP, I don't expect you think anything of it. Let's let the OP do some of the consideration of ppl's opinion, shall we?

My apologies if I have offended you or my posts seemed degrading to you...

PC_eye was one of the best members ever on this forum and somebody stuck their foot in their mouth because of what I assume was/is jealousy.

I never said everyone I said IF you were one of them stop! I dont report anything but spam becuase mods souldnt have to waste time on immaturity. I'm just simply saying grow up people use the forum the right way and dont give stupid off topic answers to serious questions people ask. Yes g25 has grown up majorly and i can say good to him honestly he helped me out back a few months ago and did a good job... but come on people lets stop the stupid crap...

I'm not offended by you and i have a g5 at home as well as at work so i have used macs and have had one get infected and saw it spread to the whole system when i worked at an ad agency a few years back...

PC_eye was and still is a great help i have talked to him outside the forum in the past.. I believe he is refering to the idiot that made the name pc_i and started crap with him that happened not long ago and that was crap as well

I agree 100%..

I've been complaining about it personally to members for awhile.

I actually agree. A lot of ppl are actually really immature, and what ticks me off the most, is when things get posted in the wrong section, like RAM in CPU etc

and i got a PC_I quote in my sig

Lets not focus on Pc_i, because S/he was doing that for attention. But most of the members here are just down right immature and the way they respond to legitimate help from more experienced peers is horrendous.
