keyboard configuration

well here is the deal i have a laptop and when i moved to my new apartment i founf there a key boar which i found more comfortable than my lap top keyboard but yesterday it started to work weird only the letters and the numbers that are on top of the key board and the control windows key and pretty much that area is working nothing else does can some on tell me how to fix it or how to configure this key board

it is an usb keyboard logitech internet navogation keyboard

maybe the keyboard is dead, can you try it on another computer??

the key board is working but only the letters nubers and keys in the lower left part i cant get to make the other keys work
