alright im lookin for a cheap but effective cpu cooler. right now i have a pentium D 820 2.8ghz. everytime i OC it even a lil bit it willrun for about 10 mins then my pc will restart and i have to put it back down to its original settings.heres a link to the cooler i have right now. http://www.circotech.com/thermaltake...e-pentium.html im looking to spend between $30-$40

For the price you really can't beat the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7.

Assuming that you are running the stock Pentium D cooler, yes, you will see a pretty good change... The Freezer 7 is a pretty good cooler...

im not running a stcok cooler but the cooler i have dont seem to be n e good. there is a link to the cooler i have now in the above post
