Default new cpu cooler

alright im lookin for a cheap but effective cpu cooler. right now i have a pentium D 820 2.8ghz. everytime i OC it even a lil bit it willrun for about 10 mins then my pc will restart and i have to put it back down to its original settings.heres a link to the cooler i have right now. http://www.circotech.com/thermaltake...e-pentium.html im looking to spend between $30-$40

would i see a big difference between the arctic freezer and the one i have now?

Assuming that you are running the stock Pentium D cooler, yes, you will see a pretty good change... The Freezer 7 is a pretty good cooler...

im not running a stcok cooler but the cooler i have dont seem to be n e good. there is a link to the cooler i have now in the above post

are you sure you mounted it correctly(i mean is it getting all the contact it can have?)

ya its mounted correctly. it could be just cuz its like 4 years old idk. its time for a new one anyway
