Default where can I Acquire this Particular 9800gx2?

where can I Acquire this Particular 9800gx2? the one that shows her side breast



















I look everywhere and only find this. it shows no side breast. it only show front view.

I can't find it either after searching 5 online stores...

Is it really necessary?

its probably a different version, the batches probably have different decals on them
