PCI Video Card Help Me!!!

I have a Intel Extreme Graphics Card (pretty much as bad as they come), and I play alot of online first person shooter games, I mostly play Half-life 1 and alot of the other Half-life mods. And my favorite mod (Hostile Intent) just upgraded, and now my graphics card cant handle it. My fps is usually 5-15, and that really bites. So im looking to buy a new PCI Video Card because my computer doesnt have AGP Slots. Im looking to spend AT MOST $100, hopefully around $75 though. I want the most bang for the buck. What do you think is the best graphics card, that is below $100, and is very well stuited for Half-life, and Half-life mods?

Your best bet is probably a Radeon 9200

The first one is the cheapest, has DirectX9 support, a faster memory clock. Both have dual display support and an S-Video output. It seems to me that the first one has a reasonable price for a PCI video card. Really, though, shop Newegg, if you'd like to see others.
