Default Some questions about Aspire X-Superalien

I'm in the process of buildin myself a new rig and went with the Aspire X-Superalien. I've figured out most of the features on it but I'm not really sure how to properly set up the temperature sensors. Any help or info about how anybody else set it up please help me out.

I am also a little curious as to why the power supply it came with is upside down and if that really matters all that much.
