EDIT: Also, I'm thinking about buying the full version of Malware Bytes to get the malware protection. Is that good? Does it work with ESET nod32?

Kaspersky log coming soon, I know for a fact that my comp is still infected, I just ran a scan, it found 1 threat but I managed to close the window somehow.

EDIT: Okay it found a Trojan in the AppData folder. My browser updated te page once AGAIN. So I lost the rest of the info, How do I remove this? Can't use ComboFix.
