Hello there computer forum! i have a question that's not really like all my others. my question is if i can send my phone into Verizon to exchange it or not.



Phone: Lg 9900 (Lg enV silver)


problem:1. it "sends" messages but doesn't really SEND them. (make sense?No? ok. it "sends" messages as in it tells me they're sent but inf act they never were.)
2.at the most random times my phone will restart.
3. at random times a button won't work (press the button but nothing happens.)
4.Random freezing.
5. everyday, i will get the same problem of late messages. (i get them 20 minutes later or don't ever get them. or don't get them till 12 midnight (pacific time)

Okay so. what do you guys/girls think?

Yes my phone is still under warranty and in fact, i've only had this phone since December.

My phone is new discontinued so i Doubt they can give me the same one so in this case do you think they will give me the EnV 2? i don't really like that phone but it beats this phone i have now.

This is also my First phone with verizon wireless and they seem in disappoint me. i was better off with my pre-paid cingular cell phone. at least when i had that phone this never happened... but again im not so surprised... i have their internet provider. breaks connection at least once a week...
