I have two psu's:

a 400w one with 15 amps on 12v rail
a 300w one with 22.5 amps on 12v rail

Which should i use in my new pc? Neither have PCI-E power cables but i can get an adapter. I wont be SLI'ing or CF'ing anything and I wont be overclocking.
No LED's or cathodes in the case either.

I plan to be using a GeForce 9600gt or Radeon HD 4650
Should I just get a new PSU wiht PCI-E cables or will one of mine do fine?
