Thanks for the info on the 9600gt, but what about the radeon 4650?
What manufacture is the power supply? Amps and wattage arent all that matter. Plus with that amerpage on the +12v rail, sounds more like rubbage specs that some chinese company decided to put on the label...

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.
