No, somewhere in the first part of the install, it'll ask if you have a RAID driver disk. OS won't recognize the RAID array until it has a driver. You'll need a floppy drive or USB drive will sometimes work, though I haven't had much luck with that. MB support site should have a utility to load the driver files on the disk or USB drive.
