I have 2 laptops one a fujitsu siemens with a 3.2g pentium 4, and the other a HP pavillion with a 3g pentium 4. I have a intermittent fault on the HP where there is no response from what I do on it for a split second every 5/6 seconds. I recently bought a new harddrive but the problem is still there, so could I just swap the processor from the Seimens into the HP to see if its the processor thats at fault? or is there something i would have to do?
Thanks. Dave. |
