lemme clear it up.
FSB and RAM speeds have no correlation.
memory SIZE (as in, MB, GB) adds up with new sticks, speed doesn't. infact speed goes to the lowest speed of all the sticks. if you have 512mb of DDR2-800, and 512mb of DDR2-667, then both sticks will work at DDR2-667.
Your Celeron won't need over DDR2-800, and 1gb will work fine for Windows XP and Windows 7. Vista likes 2gb, but will still run fine with 1gb.
