I use NOD32 Antivirus 4, Windows firewall and Spyware Doctor. I've noticed that NOD32 doesn't detect some Trojans or malware. So, I decided to install anti-spyware application. Some people suggest me to buy MalwareBytes, but I think Spyware Doctor is a better choice at the moment. At least its reviews are better
