They are the only 2 with mics, for gaming a headset with no mic isn't worth it in modern gaming where talking>typeing

I would say with logitech ones you are paying for fiddly crap that you will never use (the buttons on the headphones), wheras the razor is simple, so you are paying for the quality that comes with razor products and you are paying for what you see, which is a headset, so you know that there will be quality in sound output and input
