lol, i hade my q6600 overclocked to 3.6ghz and was idle at 19oC...

the main reason people stay away from liquid cooling isnt because it doesnt cool much more than air its because of the cost.

only time air cooling is close to liquid cooling temps is if the liquid cooling kit is not very good quality (pre-built kit)!

i aint no fan boy its frustrating to hear all this talk "its not much better"

if so then why do people use liquid cooling systems to cool the hot side of peltiers (tec)? why not use a cpu fan? because air cooling/heatsinks cant get rid of enough heat quick enough!

air cooling is good for pc's does its job and water cooling is expensive, each to there own
