The 144 GB is your hard drive and that probably means you have a 160 GB hard drive with about 1/3 free space left. The 2.20 ghz is your processor speed, which if its single core is a bit slow. The 448MB sounds like your memory, definately a small amount and sounds like you have an uneven setup of memory sticks in the computer (even setup would be 2 x 512mb sticks or 4 x 256 mb sticks).
