Bandwidth

1000 users x 2 videos avg each x 40mb a video = 80GB

If that's 1000 viewing all at once, that is 80GB for what - 30 minutes?
3,840 GB a day;
115,200 GB a month;

You will need a virtual or dedicated server that will give you unmetered bandwidth.
Price anywhere from $75 to $300 a month.

Storage

1000 videos x 35 mb each = 35 GB;
10,000 videos - 350GB;
100,000 videos - 3.5TB;
