Default Need Help!! windows wont install

I just built a new computer and at first everything worked fine, I installed windows and the raid drivers (I'm running two drives in Raid0) everything was great. Then I went into the bios to change some stuff and I pushed restore all bios and then windows wouldn’t start up. After some playing around and trying to re-install windows a couple time I realized the bios turned off SATA1 and SATA2 that my drives were on. I fixed that, the windows install CD boots up, it goes through the file set-up, but when it gets to the screen that saids "Windows set-up...........Starting up Windows" it freezes.

I've tried everything. The only thing I can think of is that something is still wrong with the BIOS (which I checked a dozen times) or the first windows install is screwing something up. Is there anyway I can boot a disk that'll will let me start brand new or can you help me?
