My cousin came up today and needed help with her Dell Inspiron 2200. It was slow and ful of junk. I managed to go through everything and delete, scan, ect.. But I want to be sure everything is okay.

There's no active malware showing in that log, but a couple of things I would suggest removing:
Please run HijackThis and choose Do a system scan only. Place a check next to the following entries:
Additionally, your Java Runtime Environment is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update: Updating Java:
How is the system running now?

If you have made changes to startup items since your last HijackThis log please post a new one.
Please register (it's free, don't worry) with PCPitStop and run the full tests here. When the tests are complete, a results page will pop up. Click Share these results with TechExpress on the right-hand side. Then copy the URL provided and post it here for me.
