Find how fast it is(responce time) If it's about 12ms or less, it should be fine. THe only problem with this(well any LCD) is that you must run it at it's max resolution or it gets blurry.

I've heard good things about dell lcds, here's dell's widescreen 24" LCD, it has a 12ms response time, $1399 Canadian(+tax and shipping).
