Question e8400 wont overclock

so ive been trying to overclock my e8400 on my gigabyte motherboard..it wont budge..even when i put the fsb @ 334 stock 333 my specs are in my sig am i not setting somthing in my bios right? ive flashed the bios to latest please need some help thanks....
