lastly i have been having trouble watching any videos and or any thing like that. like if i go to utube and try and play a video it plays stops loads plays stops plays etc what is going on it will not load and just play the thing all the way through without stopping

On Youtube the videos must load, and if your internet connection is fast enough to download the required file(s) keeping with the playback it won't stop.

You can notice a red (i think) bar going on top of the gray one. That is how much downloaded.
To see the video continuously press the pause button and wait until the red bar covers the entire gray one.
