Default converter for most laptop hard drive?

looking for some sort of converter so these hard-drives dont go to waste on the laptops that dont work anymore at my house. I use sata hard drives in the pc i currently have but i was looking for some sort of usb adapter that could connect to the back of the old laptop hard drives i have laying around. ones a ibm travelstar 40 gig model : IC25N050ATCS04-0 The other im not sure of yet still prying open this dam laptop. But anyways yeah let me know if anyone finds anything...not sure if this is one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16812156015 i found on newegg but if someone could tell me if this would work that would be great!!
