Hi, I have a new mobile that uses a micro SD card. I also got a USB adaptor that I can plug into my computer and I should be able access the stuff on the card via my laptop.
Problem is, when the reader is in the computer with the 2gb card inserted, it shows in my computer as 0 bytes and I cannot access the files on the card. If I remove the card it comes up with a message saying please insert disk. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the reader several times, both with the 2gb card inserted and with it removed, and still get the same error. Using the USB driver program I have, the following information is supplied about the reader. Device name: USB Reader Description: ChipBank SD/MM Reader USB Device Type: Mass Storage Connected: Yes Safe to unplug: No Disabled: No Drive Letter: E: Serial Number: 110######765 Vendor ID: 0420 Product ID: 1307 USB Class: 08 USB SubClass: 06 USB Protocol: 50 No idea if that info can be any use, its mainly just scrambled to me. Any idea how I can get this reader working? Thanks in advance, Sam
