Default Video Problem?

My desktop computer has an intel celeron, the basic graphics card that comes with it, all of the standard stuff.. everything worked fine, both monitors i have worked fine on it, both video cards worked fine, and everything still does, except.. now the computer acts like it isnt initilizing video, the monitor is plugged into the wall and the computer, the monitor does the basic power display thing, but when you turn on the computer, it dosent show BIOS on the monitor, it acts like its not gettin input from the video card, everything is plugged in right, everthing besides that works fine.. i use the desktop for my Operating System develpment so it dosent have an OS installed on the hard drive. thanks!

Just to let you know, if you're using a pre-built system, with an intel processor, then you'll more than likely have integrated graphics, on your motherboard.

He is having an integrated graphics card along with another AGP graphics card. The problem might be with drivers of one of the cards, so you might need to check the drivers.

Also please supply some more information about the system specs so that we can reach out the exact solution.

i dont have an operating system installed on the hdd, its just a blank hdd, so no way to update the drivers.. im not even sure if the video is initilizing, and i cant try the "integrated graphics card" because my monitors dont support a com port connector.. the weird thing is, when you take out the ram and everything, and turn on the computer, it acts like it isnt functioning, normally when ram is missing you would get some beeps, it wont even do that, so i think the problem may be elsewhere.. i tried removed the cmos battery, the cmos clr jumper, the bios chip (its not integrated), the processor, EVERYTHING and still nothing works.. thanks!
