Default BSOD/Crashing Problem, please help!

I was using the pc, using a little program for sorting out custom game files...when I use it it makes the case speaker beep, so I asked the BF to unplug it for me cos it was annoying, he did and the pc bluescreened and I havn't been able to boot up since.

First I was getting

Unrecognised partition for drive 80. Please rebuild it using a Microsoft compatiable F Disk tool (Err:23)

then we got

Disk Boot Failure Insert System Disk

now we're gettin

disk.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

stop 0x00000050

Sometimes the hard drive isn't being recognised but mostly it is. I've tried booting up with a backup IDE hard drive and using the crashing one as a slave, that doesn't work. Can't use the repair function with Vista as the drive doesn't show up, tried using the cmd to scan but it can't find C or D...now when I boot up it says "Windows is loading files" for about 5 mins whilst the white bar fills up and then it goes into the screen with "Microsoft Corporation" on it with the flashing bar then it blue screens and I get the disk.sys error.

Can't boot in safe mode, the files load and then just stop....I have no idea how unplugging a speaker can cause so much trouble but it has....any ideas at all besides formatting?

Thanks, Natalie x
