Default Harddisk problem.

A few days ago I bought 2 Samsung 1TB F1 harddisks. I ment to use them for running in RAID 0. I was just about to format everything and begin the installation. Luckily just in time I found out that 1 of my Samsung drives was missing. Atleast it was in my computer.

So I taked a look in disk management. And I found out that the Samsung disk that supposed to be 1 terabyte in size was actualy 7,86GB in size. Very weird. Well the reason the disk wasnt shown in my computer was very obvious once I entered disk management. Since I still had to format the harddisk. So I did (Still being confused of the 7,86GB size)

At the moment the disk was almost completely formatted I got a error box telling me that formatting cant be completed.
Failed or not the disk is now shown in my computer and can't be entered and still is 7,86GB in size.

I dont really know what to do right now. Probably my harddisk is malfunctioning. Since im not sure I thought it should be a good idea to ask for a solution.

So Hopefully you guys can help men out here.

THX in advance!!
