Laptop DVD/CD drawer pops out continously
First time posting and welcome any help/suggestions.
I have a Compaq Presario laptop (2 yrs old) and recently replaced my DVD/CD burner to learn that after two days it's still doing it.  I run Norton 360 and haven't found any viruses that would indicate a problem. As soon as I turn on the computer the drawer pops out and immediately upon shutting it, it pops out again and again. I am unable to play or burn anything simply b/c it continously pops out. Does anyone have a suggestion?Thanks in advance for the help. |
