ya well, i dont really restart or shutdown my computer often...at the time when i did restart it, it didn't show up. So i decided to reformat and after doing so it did not appear for about 2-3 boot ups ,it starts to show up on every boot up now.

Did you check to see if the RegistryRepairPro program is installed on you computer again? Check to see...
