Vista runs good on 2GB RAM.

You wont have any problems running Vista on only 2GB. If it were 1GB, then I would say no. Note that with Acers, you'll need to redownload all the empowering technology software and drivers from their website. It might be best to try and find the Vista versions of these, and download them all to a CD or memory stick before beginning the installation of Vista.
