Monitor Speakers dont sound Right?
Hi,
I bought a second hand computer its ok Packard Bell about 1yr old from day 1 the sound coming out of the speakers on the monitor were really high pitched so i bought additional speakers (2) which done no good  and then today i got a Monitor from my friend who uses it all the time and works perfect but not on my computer sound is still like chipmunks speaking.Anyone reconise the problem please help.
