Question Best AGP video card under $100!!

Hi Everyone I'm new to this forum. My graphics card has been acting up latley I think, when opeing a full page with alot of animation the screeen will turn off for say 2-5 seconds then tun back on, I also have alot of very small dot like things all voer my screen, I know it is not my monitor becuase I've had 3 different monitors and its all the same. So i'm thinking video card. My new monitor is Samsung 2253LW, so I think I need a nicnew card so things can start lookin good on my new monitor. Neways I just want an AGP 8x one, Considering thats the port I have, right now my video card is a Nvidia Geforce 3 ti200 I believe, over 6-7 years old, time for a new one for sure! I know my computer cna handle a good one, Its got a cooler master 500w PS AMD athlon 2800 1Gb ram, I mostly need the video card for just regular computer stuff, I play some CS (the older one) and I would like to watch nice DVD's that would look good also. So the real question is can anyone tell me the best video card that I can buy for under $100 bucks, I don't wanna go to cheap I want just the best one under $100 or even $100? Please let me know ASAP, this video cards goin as we speak!!! Thanks Alot, Dan

I used to have that exact card, it was a fantastic thing. Its miles better than that GeForce 3 you have.

It's $9 over your limit, but it's totally worth it!

Here's a comparison between the 6600 and the 7600;

I know which I'd rather have!
